Evet arkadaşlar bu otele beşinci gelişim. Her gelişimde daha içten daha samimi buluyorum. Bir müşteriye ne verileceğini hizmet olarak çok iyi bilen bir kadro kurulmuş bu sefer.. Yemekhaneden pardon devasa restoranından kumarhaneye kadar temizliğinden odalardaki konfora kadar on numara..gerçekten devasa otel sımsıcacık minik bir aile oteli bizim otel dedirtecek kadar güzrl ve şirin..ismini sonradan öğrendiğim Restaurant şefi Nejla hanım sizleri mutlu etmek için nerdeyse size yumurta bile kırabilecek kadar ilgili güler yüzlü içtenliğiyle şapka çıkartırıyor..yine çalışanlardan yorulmadan offf demeden koşturan güleç yüzlü zarif Hanife ve yunus garson kardeşlerimede çok teşekkür ediyorum Ve bu gün son gecemiz olmasınada çok üzülüyorum..En kısa zamanda tekrar”

My favourite place to stay when in Kyrenia.. Great services, spacious rooms and tasty food.. would like to thank you especially to restaurant chef Erdal who one day during breakfast asked what’s my favourite Turkish food or what would I like to eat during my stay and when I mentioned etli nohut (chickpeas with meat) he promised to include it in the lunch menu and really delicious etli nohut was served that day.. also big thanks to the waiter Mr. Ferhat who was always very polite, smiley and attentive and not only remembered my name but also how I like my coffee in the morning and what wine I prefer with my dinner.. can’t wait to visit again..”

Today I lodged at the lord's palace hotel in kyrenia , I must say I was super impressed with the services given at the hotel . It is a top notch and well accommodating with affordable prices . Despite in this pandemic the hotel has managed to make everyone safe, the environment is clean , the food is amazing especially at the lobby bar which I happen to meet a waiter name Ayşe. She's very nice, energetic and fast , she also takes her job seriously.. always smiling and ready to assist you in whatever you need. So guys when you visit lord's palace hotel make sure to ask about her she's very helpful.”

I guarantee you will have an great experience here. The staff were super friendly and efficient, there was a man at the front desk named Canberk , each time he helped us with kindness and willingly guided us . Restaurant had 3 times per day food with a great variety and alchoholic drinks were inclyded. The food was fantastic and non of the main courses were repeatative during our 4 nights stay. Will be back soon!”

Top class hotel wıth great amenities and superb buffet. Easy walking distance to centre. Swimming pools outside and inside were great as was gym and spa.did nit visit in house casino but looked very respectable. Mixed clientele and mixed staff.”

We have had a lovely holiday at The Lords Palace with a large comfortable room and wonderful food. As coffee lovers, the cherry on the cake was Le Petit Croissant coffee shop. All the staff were impeccable in their service but Ayse stands out as she delivered her wonderful coffee with a genuine smile and such friendly service we returned every morning. Thank you Lords Palace and especially Ayse and the coffee shop team.”

Just got back from another wonderful stay here. Absolutely love everything about this hotel. The service is excellent, food was delicious and always a selection. From the manager to concierge to room service everyone is so friendly and attentive and welcoming. Want to thank everyone there for making my stay comfortable but especially to Ayşe in the La Petite cafe, she is truly special. I look forward to seeing her and everyone soon”

I stayed for 9 nights by myself and would totally recommend the hotel. Check in was smooth and easy in the beautiful lobby and Oli then took my cases up to my room and explained to me a little bit about the hotel and how things work. The room was spacious and well equipped and very comfortable. I had a view out towards the harbour. Each day the room was cleaned and tidied to a high standard by the friendly housekeeping team. The only downside of the room was the smell of cigarettes. Coming from outside of Europe I’ve become used to all hotel rooms being non smoking. It was a minor thing. The food at all meals was plentiful and varied. The staff again were very friendly, getting to know me and chatting to me as the week went on. I have never seen a dessert buffet so colourful and inviting before! Each night I tried a different one. I made good use of the indoor pool and gym (outdoor pools were not open yet) and they were great. The gym was well equipped and clean. I also had a couple of massages in the spa which were fantastic and even better value as they had a discount on for hotel guests. I like to walk and explore a place by foot. I’d often bump into Oli in the lobby and he would come up with a suggestion of where to visit and how to get there. I really appreciated his cheerful and helpful advice. The harbour and castle are about a 15 minute walk from the hotel and a beautiful spot. Also highly recommend Bellapais Abbey - stunning. Overall I had a great stay and would definitely like to come back one day.”

Daha önce pek çok otele gittik. Ancak en iyisi burasiydi. Ozellikle Spa müthişti. Detaylı bir şekilde masaj yaptılar. Kese köpük güzeldi. Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Işlerini severek yapıyorlar. Ana restorant garsonları çok ilgili. Ods temizliği özenli yapıldı. Kat görebiliniz ilgiliydi. Yemekler lezzetliydi. Hijyenik bir otel.karsilama resepsiyon hızlı çözümcü ve ilgiliydi. Bundan sonra buraya geleceğiz.”

Bir işletmeyi ayakta tutan en geçerli unsur bence personelidir...Güleryüz varsa yaşadığınız ortamda mutsuz olmazsınız.Lords palace Girne de böyle bir deneyim oldu benim için.Uzun süre kaldığım ve sıkılmadığım tek oteldir...Personelin güleryüzü bu otelin kalitesine katkı sunmaktadır.Ayşe ise bence bu otelin sembolüdür.İyiki varsın AYŞE...Pozitifliğini etrafına yayan nadir insanlardansın:) birde aklımda kalan isimlerden Perviz,fatmanur,muazzez ve genelde restaurant bölümündeki garson arkadaşlar...Özellikle kapıda karşılayan diğer gülen yüzler...Teşekkürlerrr hepinize...”

Öncelikle içten güler yüzlü tüm personeline çok teşekkür ediyorum. Odamız kara manzaralı olmasına rağmen odanın uygun olması sebebiyle bize deniz manzaralı odayı vermeleri de ayrı bir incelikti. Öncelikle eşsiz mutfağa sahip, kahvaltısı ara öğünü akşam yemeği hepsi birbirinden lezzetli, çok özenle hazırlanmış yemekler ve son derece kaliteli ürünler kullanılmış. Bu arada casinosu da çok iyi onu da eklemem gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Lokasyon gayet yerinde herkese şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum. Unutmadan oda temizliği son derece başarılı çalışanlarına tekrar bizi çok güzel ağırladıkları için tekrar teşekkür ediyorum.”

Otele vardığınız andan itibaren sizi kalite ve güleryüz karşılıyor. Yemekler olağanüstüydü, insan çeşitten ne yiyeceğini şaşırıyor. Her turlu içecek de ikram ama mutlaka buz gibi limonatasından da isteyin. Sky Terraca'ta muhteşem manzaralı bir havuz var. Mutlaka uğrayıp orada da yüzün. Casino o kadar harikaydı ki orada planladığımızdan çok daha fazla vakit geçirdik. Makineler çok yeni, ortam şıkır şıkır ve ikramlar full, sushi ve kumpir gibi aklınıza gelmeyecek şeyler bile var. Kesinlikle tekrar gitmek isteyeceğimiz bir yer.”

Kıbrıs'a ilk defa bir hafta sonu için gittim ve bu otelde kaldım. Şimdiye kadar gittiğim otellerin içinde en iyilerden biri diyebilirim. Gözüme olumsuz hiçbir şey takılmadı. Yemekleri güzel, odalar güzel, servis güzel, çalışanlar profesyonel. Başka bir seçenek arama gereği görmediğimden tekrar ve daha uzun bir süre ve yaz mevsiminde gitmeyi ve yine bu otelde kalmayı planlıyorum. Fiyat/denge açısındanda gayet olumlu bulduğumu söyleyebilirim. Herkese tavsiye ederim.”

Aralık ayında Christmas tatilinde Lords Palace Hotelde konakladık. Bu özel günü bizim için daha özel yapan tüm çalışanlara teşekkürler. Karşılanmamızdan uğurlanmamıza kadar çok kaliteli zaman geçirdik. Bunu mümkün kılan başta lezzetli yemekleri ve servis kalitesiyle mutfak çalışanlarına, önbüro çalışanlarına ve kat hizmetlerine teşekkürler. En yakın zamanda tekrar görüşmek üzere.”

Just back from week in Lords Palace. Arrived late in the evening due to flight and transfer from Larnaca but check in was stress free. The offer of sandwiches was a nice touch too. The rooms are to a good standard and the AC was decent. Beds made, Clean towels and bottled water Everyday. The hotel Spice restaurant had lots of variety and the staff were very attentive. The main pools are huge and no bother choosing beds. Again, staff always making sure you were ok with fresh towels and parasols. The Esquire beach bar was just a 5 min walk and had a chilled out feel. This bar is included in the soft AI deal so we enjoyed a couple of hrs there each afternoon as the sunset. Usual water sports stuff available from this area as well. 15 min jet ski was 300tl. Special mention to the staff at Esquire Beach bar especially Suleyman & Seyithan who made us feel very welcome. We ate in the on-site Kumur restaurant twice and enjoyed both occasions. First time we opted for the alcohol set menu which I thought was good value if you wanted to have a few drinks and nibbles. 2nd time we opted for main meals and we both enjoyed this too. Very reasonably priced! One thing is for sure there are plenty of staff and really do make sure your looked after!! We enjoyed the sky lounge on the roof a couple of times for chilled out pool days and lively cocktails in the evening. The hotel doesn’t have a concierge so dealt with reception when enquiring about local area. Miray on front desk was very helpful organizing taxi and reservation at the Bella Pais restaurant. At the time of our visit we had all the covid stuff to sort so printing docs was also dealt with my Miray without fuss. My overall experience was very good and we would definitely return. Check out was extended to 4pm as we had a late transfer which made up for missing our first day. Kyrenia harbour is a 10-15 min walk and has plenty of options for food and drink. I’ll review the ones we used separately”

Bu kadar kibar, saygılı ve özenli kadro için tebrik ediyorum yönetimi. Deniz çok güzel, plaj kısmı da aynı derecede bakımlı ve özenliydi, bütün ortak alanlar tertemizdi. Odalar konforlu ve geniş. Misafirlerin rahatı için herşey düşünülmüş. İmkan bulduğumuzda tekrar gideceğimiz bir otel.”
